The prevailing model of the tech industry is extraction. They build hardware to sit on your face, listen to your conversations, and quietly stream your reality to cloud servers to be monetized. We refuse to participate in that paradigm.
To free the user from data harvesting by building local-only AI infrastructure.
Project Torres exists to prove that high-level machine cognition does not require surrendering your privacy. We are developing the software architecture necessary to keep absolute sovereignty over your digital footprint exactly where it belongs: on the physical hardware you carry in your pocket.
The autonomous, bio-locked, egocentric companion.
We see a future where humans are augmented by an intelligence that answers only to them. Torres is designed as an autonomous, self-learning, proactive assistant. It is "egocentric"—meaning it processes the world exactly from your point of view, adapting to your context without needing to be prompted.
Through strict biometric-locking and a privacy-first foundation, we are ensuring that the most powerful tool of the next decade is a shield, not a tracking device.
Behind the edge-compute pipelines and the C# architecture is a radically human endgame.
Before this project compiled its first module, the founder and a close friend, Isaiah Torres, trained together to become Certified Nursing Assistants at Centennial Job Corps. Though life took them to different states, they stayed in constant contact. Bonded by their time in healthcare, they shared a massive, seemingly impossible dream: to one day build a self-sustaining farm dedicated to feeding the hungry.
Tragically, Isaiah passed away in a car crash before they could break ground.
To honor his memory and keep the vision alive, a local-only AI side project was renamed Project Torres and pivoted into a commercial entity. Every line of code written, and every piece of digital sovereignty reclaimed, serves a dual purpose. We are building the ultimate privacy tool for the digital world, so that we can generate the capital required to build Isaiah's farm in the physical one.
